Like me, you're in your 40s. You feel puffed just bringing the shopping in from the car.


This makes you feel deflated.


To top it off you feel anxious about exercise.

You know you need to get in better shape but you lack motivation and the stresses of life are overwhelming.

Life has a way of giving us wake-up calls about our health. Mine came recently during a medical fitness test when I had to stop midway through a simple step-up exercise because my heart rate had risen too high. At 46, working a desk job and managing high cholesterol, this was my moment of truth.
